Opened Product On selections which you have ordered, opened product can only be returned for an exchange of the same title if it is packaged incorrectly or defective. A written explanation must be sent with the product within 30 days of the original shipping.

Unopened Product On selections which you have ordered, unopened product can be returned for a credit within 30 days of the original shipping date, however you will be responsible for the original shipping and handling charges (including taxes on them if applicable), and the credit you receive will equal the invoice amount less these charges.
